Terms of service

Artwork Rights
- I retain copyright of all the artworks, while the copyright of the characters I draw is retained by their respective owners.
- I retain the right to display all the artworks I make. Posting them in any and all of my galleries unless previously agreed otherwise. I will also be free to record the process and/or making livestreams while working on a piece unless otherwise agreed.
- Copying, tracing, any kind of editing or reproduction is forbidden. Any use or upload without my permission is also forbidden. I do not allow any kind of alterations of my art.
- Do not repost my art without my permission/credits/my watermark/signature.
- All the commissions will be signed, no exceptions. Agreements about sizing, placement, style, ecc are possibile for any kind of commercial work.
- You can not use my art for commercial purpose / reselling / making any profit without my written permission.
- You can buy the rights of my work for commercial purpose, a fee will be decided depending by the uses.
- Commissioners are allowed to repost the artworks they paid for on other sites, and use them for every non-commercial purpose as long as they don’t claim them as their own and the signature is still visible and / or I’m credited.
- Commissioners can print the artworks they paid only for personal or non-profit use unless agreed otherwise.
- Rights and obligations of whoever may recieve my art without paying for it are of the commissioners.

Conditions
- You must be at least 18 years old to commission me or have a consenting adult do it for you.
- I reseve the right to refuse a commission based on subject matter/content or any other reason.
- I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time due to unforseen circumstances without obligation to give any explaination. If the commission was already paid a full refund will be provided.
- Small corrections to the finished product can be made but complete overhauls / major changes require additional payment. Corrections made to preliminary sketch do not require any payment.
- Harassment, provocations, blackmailing and any other illegal activities towards me or any third party involved in my business will result in direct blacklisting.
- I am not responsible for your mistakes during the commission process, if you have any doubt feel free to contact me before the mistake is made.

Time Frame
- Although the time it takes me for a commissions to be completed is usually quicker, real life sometimes has different plans so please allow at least 4-8 weeks for your commission to be completed.
- Bigger commissions may require a longer time to be completed depending on their size and my queue list.
- Commissions with close deadlines will have additional fees.
- I usually follow the rule "first come first served" but it could happen that commercial works gain priority over others.

I do draw

  • OCs, fanarts, ships (both between canon characters and canon x oc)

  • NSFW (I retain the right to refuse if I'm not comfortable with the theme / idea)

  • mild gore

  • every kind of humanoid creature and animals

  • I could accept drawing anthro / feral furries too but it depends by every single case

I do not draw

  • hateful art in general

  • mecha and veichles (little mechanical parts can be discussed)

  • complicated weapons such as sci-fi rifles (any kind of weapon can still be discussed with me)

  • very complicated and detailed environments ( for any dount you can discuss about how much is too much with me)

  • NSFW regarding any kind of non-consensual intercourse / abusive relationship

  • any theme which makes me uncomfortable

Commission Form and References
- References must be clear and precise.
- It would be better to provide non-shaded references, please understand that I probably won’t be able to get the color correctly with shaded references only. If you do not have a reference in flat colors you can also provide a separate color palette.
- I work with written references if it’s a reference sheet commission.
- I could accept written references also for other kinds of commissions but keep in mind that's at your own risk and they have to be enough detailed.
- Describe your idea precisely (pose, atmosphere, everything you want) anything not specified will be chosen by me.

​Sketch Approval, WIPs and Edits
- I will provide some thumbnails or rough sketches for you to choose.
- WIPs will not be sent if not requested. You can ask for them when you submit your commissions or also afterwards.
- All the WIPs will be watermarked.
- WIPs will be automatically marked as approved if I do not recieve any reply within 72 hours since viewing the message, unless previously agreed otherwise.
- You can ask for free major changes only at the sketch phases. Once the image has reached the lineart and coloring phase, each edit will be considered individually and may be subjected to fees.
- Edits will always be free of charge if required by my own mistakes.
- If you do not ask for WIPs or leave me more artistic freedom may you''ll recieve your commission sooner but you'll have to trust me and if major changes to the finished pieces will be needed they will be charged.
- I retain the right to re-use any sketch I made for a commission

Payment
- All payments must be made via PayPal, in EURO unless agreed otherwise.
- Full payment must be sent before I start or right after the sketch phase has concluded depending by the work. I offer fractioned payments only for big works.
- Payments must be sent within 48 hours of receiving payment info, unless previously agreed otherwise.
- Failing to pay within the agreed timeframe will result in the contract being voided.
- If something needs to be shipped, shipping payment and eventual fees are on the client.
- For tracking and safety reasons, I will be the one sending an invoice or providing a link to my paypal.me.
- DO NOT send the payment without recieving the invoice or my agreement.
- Tips and donations are always appreciated.

Refunds
• Full refund:
- I had to cancel your commission due to unforseen circumstances.
​ - You (customer) decide to cancel a paid order and I haven’t started your commission.
• Partial refund:
- You (customer) decide to cancel a paid order that has already been started (the refund depends by the progress made) and receive privately what has been done so far.
• No refund:
- The order has been finished.

DO NOT take your money back on Paypal without asking for a refund first!
It’s not fair, you could make me run into issues with Paypal and you’ll get your money back faster and without PayPal’s fees if you ask for a refund.
- In case of refunds, I retain the right to re-use the cancelled commission for YCHs or other artworks.
